1.Which countries or regions does Master-K design ship to?
We ship to most but not all countries or regions in the world. For details, please contact with our customer service: sales@master-klab.com
2.What is Master-K design's return policy?
We will be flexible in accepting returns: the period in which a return may be requested will be extended to 7 days (including national holidays) from the day after the receipt of the order (subject to the receipt date on the logistics document). The returned goods must meet our after-sales inspection standard. Shipping cost and duties arising from return of goods induced by non-quality problems shall be paid by the buyer.
If you receive wrong or defective goods, please apply for return or exchange of the order within 30 days from the day after the receipt of the order. Shipping cost and duties thus incurred shall be borne by the seller.

3.What do i do if my order is lost or damaged?

4.When will i receive my order?how do i track the package?
Once your purchase has been completed, an email confirmation will be sent to the email address. Your order will be processed within 7 days, once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your shipment’s tracking information. If your order contains a “pre-order” item, your order will be held until the “pre-order” item becomes available to ship.
Reminder: Please note that the shipment may be delayed due to a sudden burst of orders or force majeure. Thank you for your understanding.
5.Do you offer co-branded design?
Master-k always look for opportunities to find good co-production partner, please send email to sales@master-klab.com for business cooperation.
6.What is defective Master-k action fiuges return policy?
All sales at are final at Master-klab.com. Most figures we sell are collectible, made in limited runs and are often hand-painted or hand-assembled. Slight imperfections are typical with this kind of product and, in fact, often enhance the value. However, if your merchandise purchased on Master-klab.com has a significant defect right out of the box (e.g., the product is broken in half, has missing parts or missing accessories, etc.), please reach out to he immediately with video, your name, your order number and what is damaged.
The video of the figure must be shot throughout the entire process without interruption after receiving the goods. Pictures are not accepted. Please contact sales@master-klab.com after shooting the video.
We will evaluate the photos and make a decision. If the damage qualifies for a exchange, we'll be happy to exchange it for a non-damaged item if one is available. If a replacement is not available, we will offer an alternate item or full store credit for a future purchase.
